The youngest of the two brothers. Brad enjoys anything outdoorsy, golf and drinking copious amounts of coffee in his free time. If you’re a new customer, you’ll be lucky enough to be greeted by Brad.

After a 30 year stint in the coffee industry, Dave is now living a very well deserved semi-retired lifestyle. Keeping the boys in order is his main task. In his spare time he loves being outside, mountain biking, travelling and a regular game of padel tennis.

The oldest of the two brothers. Lou is also the founder of Lou & Joe’s burger brand based in Holmfirth, which takes up most of his time. His favourite pastime is being a dog dad to Nessi and being outdoors foraging for mushrooms.

Donna has been with us for just under 30 years. She manages the sales office here at CB and is known as the real boss! In her spare time Donna loves being with her family, walking her dog Harley and watching thier two boys play football.

Sarah joined Coopers Coffee straight out of university and has been in the coffee industry ever since. She manages the barista training and looks after all of our existing customers. When she’s not with her two girls, she loves walking, gyming and getting stuck into a book.

Jon has been part of the family since the 90’s. A highly experienced barista trainer who literally wrote the book! Jon runs our logistics and helps with the coffee education for our customers. In his spare time, Jon loves being on his boat – alright for some!
