MEET JONATHAN

The Sorting Office Owner – Rothwell, Leeds.

We’ve worked with the team since they opened in 2023. Jonathan and Laura decided on:

THE COFFEE

The Sorting Office opted for our best selling blend – Lou’s. This is an Italian style roast, which is our 30 year old recipe.

Lou’s has won numerous taste awards over the year as well as being used in the World Barista Championships. As a customer, this can be bespoke branded at no extra charge.

THE EQUIPMENT

Jonathan and Laura understood the importance of consistent espresso extraction, so opted for a machine which can really help with that. Having the shot times displayed in front of them has helped maintain the quality.

The La Spaziale S40 and Anfim P1 combo costs them £11.24 per day including full parts and labour warranty, breakdown cover and annual servicing for 3 years – so they don’t have to worry about a thing.

SYRUPS, TEAS AND EVERYTHING ELSE

Being a one stop shop, we are able to provide the team everything they need weekly in one delivery. Working with Shott syrups, we have an extensive range of drink ideas which we used to bring their menu to life. We also provide FREE bespoke POS for sites to help with pushing new products.

Jonathan and Laura opted for our Birchalls string and tag envelope teas, cleaning products, biscuits, sugar sticks and pretty much anything else they could get their hands on!

This means they have one order, on one delivery day each week – easy!

THE VENUE

Small spaces can be tricky, with The Sorting House only having 8 seats, we had to maximise the space to the best of it’s ability. We have worked with the team on a layout that works, as well as a speedy takeout service to ensure the space isn’t full of waiting customers.

The easiest way for us to be able to help grow your business is to get involved, this is why we offer free extensive training for all staff members.

Coffee Brothers are also not afraid to come get our hands dirty. Our team can come and do a shift in your business to get a better understanding of the systems in place and how they can improve.

CONTENT SUPPORT

Frustrated with having to learn social media on the go, the team reached out to us for some guidance. Using our partnership with Elevate, we were able to come capture their business in real time and supply them with the content needed to draw in a new crowd.

This took 90 mins, providing them with 7 reels and 27 photos, all professionally edited – at no cost. What’s best about this? This was during peak service, we worked around them capturing their café in action.
