    The decision whether to buy, rent or finance your new machine is individual to your situation. If you have the resources, purchasing the machine gives you the freedom to own the equipment outright. Working with our third-party finance company, you can split these payments over a given time if your credit is approved.

    Renting a machine comes with the most additional benefits, including 3-year parts and labour warranty, annual servicing and all the accessories you could possibly need to make a brew. This is the best option when funds are tighter and you want the piece of mind that no matter the issue, Coffee Brothers can sort it.

    Yes, all rentals include full parts and labour warranty as well as an annual service. This means that you will not be charged for a breakdown during the lifespan of your machine and grinder.

    We want to ensure you never go without – if you’re a local customer, we will even offer you a pop-up replacement machine while yours is being worked on to ensure you can still make your brews, all included in your maintenance package.

    We offer two industry-leading brands, La Spaziale and San Remo. Depending on your site, we will advise which equipment is best suited for your volume and use.

    We offer a network of engineers who specialise in these two brands and give us the peace of mind they will always be up to the job – no matter the requirements.

    We offer both our machine brands and all individual equipment on rental deals. Ask us about our convenient packages to pair your machine with the perfect grinder.

    As a family, we’ve been in the coffee industry for over 30 years! In that time we have created six industry-proven blends that the UK market loves. All our coffees work across your menu – from an espresso to a latte, that’s what they were designed to do.

    Ask us about creating your own custom blend, or add your logo to one of ours to have your very own branded coffee on your shelf.

    We have a dedicated account manager (Sarah) for all our customers to ensure there is always a point of contact. You will also be friendly with our director Brad, who is always more than happy to take calls after hours with any issues that need resolving.

    Yes, we do! We offer three different courses – Basic, Latte Art and Advanced. Basically, it does what it says on the tin – gets you to grips with making your menu. Latte art consists of working on some set designs, and the advanced course contains tips and tricks for speed of service, systems, as well as minor equipment fixes. All our training courses are free of charge to our customer base and there is no limit to the amount of training you may redeem!

    We recommend an annual service irrelevant of your coffee volume. We include this for free when renting equipment at Coffee Brothers.
