Mountain Water Process

The Mountain Water Process is a method of indirect decaffeination.
The beans are submerged in water sourced and extracted from the Mexican Mountains.
This causes the water to then be saturated with the caffeine that was once present in the bean. Which leaves our coffee with 99.9% caffeine free coffee bean with its beautiful flavour still intact.
The water is then filtered to remove the caffeine and recycled for the next batch.
