Returns Policy

We accept returns only on brewing equipment. Products must be returned in perfect condition working condition, unused with original packaging intact.

With coffee being a fresh food product, we can not offer returns under any circumstances. If you are unhappy with your chosen product for any reason, feel free to get in touch with our team and we will happily replace them with something even more suited to your taste!
