Coffee companies always shout about being more than just a coffee supplier, but at Coffee Brothers, we really are. As a 2nd generation family business, we’ve been serving this industry for over 30 years.

Along our journey, we have also had five different high street coffee outlets of our own, including a large 80 seater gourmet burger restaurant. We understand your challenges.

With all of this experience, we’ve come up with a business blueprint to help you achieve your desired goals.

THE COFFEE

Let’s not forget why we are really here – coffee is where it all started and coffee is what we do best.

We wrapped up our own roastery in the early 90’s after struggling to keep up with our colossal growth. Since 1992, all of our bespoke recipes are roasted and packed daily by our state of the art partners, which is the UK’s most sustainable and eco friendly roasting facility.

This facility gives us a massive advantage when it comes to utilising the latest modern roasting technology and we achieve an unparalleled consistency throughout our vast range. With access to over 300 green coffee varietals, including seasonal and exclusive artisanal coffees, we are confident in our ability to make you a coffee that suits your taste and budget. EQUIPMENT & RENTALS

It’s a minefield, we know. So many choices and different prices.

Just like choosing a car, coffee machines are essentially all very similar. Design, build quality, colour options, extra features and speed are what decides it for most buyers. We’ve sold thousands of espresso machines in the last 30 years and we think we’ve found the perfect combination of price and quality with the Milanese brand, La Spaziale. After extensive research and trials, which included serving over 1,000 coffee’s per day, we can vouch for their strong reliability and speed. We’ve paired our machines with the best grinders in the world – Mahlkonig.

Fancy a machine demo at our training facility?

Choosing and buying your espresso equipment is one the biggest expenses you’ll face. So to make things way easier, we’ve created some affordable rental packages to help. For just £10 per day, you can have our top of the range equipment, including free servicing, which gives you complete peace of mind. Four coffee sales per day should cover this rental outlay.

A ONE STOP SHOP

One of the biggest headaches in business is all the admin and paperwork. This is where our online web portal comes in.

We have created a simple system that is available to you 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Think of this as your weekly shopping cart with Coffee Brothers. You’ll receive the same 24 hour delivery service and your invoice always arrives with your order. Or alternatively, you can call us to place your order each week and have a quick natter.

At Coffee Brothers we have over 350 different products for you to choose from and we are always on the look out for new and exciting things to bring to you and your business.

BESPOKE BRANDING

So you’ve worked really hard on your decor, colour scheme, logo and branding and then you have put Coffee Brothers coffee bags on your shelf. It could be worse but how good would your brand look instead?

Good consistent branding usually requires everything being considered as an integral part of your brand identity. At Coffee Brothers we can help you add your own brand to your coffee bags, takeout cups, sugar sticks etc…

We offer a low volume, design and print service to all of our customers, completely free of charge.

COUNTER DESIGN

Counter top, work flow and ergonomics is a critical part of the customer experience. If you choose table service or counter service, or maybe a hybrid system, the counter design and location of your equipment is vital to running a smooth operation.

Using our vast experience and learning from our many mistakes over the last 3 decades means that we can really give you some added value here that will save you time and money.

BARISTA TRAINING

Often overlooked, we think our training is THE most important offering we have. I can’t tell you how many times we have had site owners tell us their staff are trained, to find them scooping out the milk froth with a spoon into the mug.

A lot of time goes into creating a training structure which works, offering 3 different training courses – Basic, Latte Art and Advanced Skills. This ensures all staff working on the machines are at a level which we can all be proud of. Spending more time with managers of the technical side of equipment, coffee knowledge and implementing their training to new starters.

Our lovely in house trainer Sarah will visit you as many times as you need, with no cost. Let’s say you’ve just opened, and have gone through our training courses, but 2 weeks later your manager leaves as “it wasn’t for them”, (we’ve been there) – not to worry, we will train the next one through the door.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

We live in an age now where everything has gone online, and it’s only going to get worse. If you are not instagram or any other platforms, you are at a massive disadvantage to your fellow competition when it comes to footfall.

The tag ‘Latte Art’ alone has millions of hits when searched – to translate this, if someone in your town searches latte art, you could be the first one to come up if you play your cards right (or pour a swan right).

But it’s just so hard to get right we know! There’s only so many photos of a carrot cake and latte you can post. That’s why we came up with the neat idea of coming and shooting all your content for you. Using our partnership with @ElevateCreative we are able to capture your site in all it’s glory with a bank of professional images and videos.

Unfortunately you’ll still have to do the posting, but we can’t do it all for you! Oh… and it’s free.
